We've all been there – the anticipation of starting a new job can be quite overwhelming. And it becomes even more challenging when you struggle to locate the essential resources for
your role.
That's why we've introduced a tailor-made onboarding guide. With this, members of the M&S communications team will have a convenient one-stop hub to meet all their unique needs!

I was tasked with designing the initial flow to guide new users through a series of questions that will access tools for a smooth start to their new role.
Next steps
Our next goal is to present the current flow to the team and collect feedback to put together the rest of the personalized onboarding packages.
